"So far so good. Now it does hurt a little but they are needles lol. I noticed on some of the reviews that people said needles weren’t hollow but they are.. you have to use the right serum though. If the serum you are putting in is too thick then it won’t work. I found that

I used it the day I received it. My face was a little red but it cleared up the next morning. My skin looks better than it was previously.

It does stimulate hair growth it does kinda like prick you but you eventually get used to it i know my husband did but if your consistent you start to see hair growth

"I made this purchase after reading the reviews because to me it made sense that if the needles can get the serums deeper into your skin they will have a better chance of working. The first night I tried this I followed all the directions & put the serum I wanted to use in the bottle and stamped away at the wrinkles I have around my mouth. For me, this did leave red marks just like with a derma roller, but in the morning the redness was gone & my wrinkles were lessened. I was pleasantly surprised & have continued to use with similar results. It’s not permanent, but the results lasted most of the day. Just be sure not to overuse, a few times a week is all you need & don’t forget to clean the needles each time."
