Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fees, subject to the requirements below.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@beautimate.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We’ll reply with instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new or like-new condition, with original packaging and all included components, accessories, and inserts.

  • Original shipping fees, including expedited or upgraded shipping, are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or receive a partial refund. For items received damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, see below.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We’ll email you a confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is missing from your package, incorrect, or damaged, email info@beautimate.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.

Keep all packaging and contents. We may request clear photos of the items received and packaging to verify your claim.

  • Verified missing items will be replaced at no additional cost rather than refunded.

  • For incorrect or damaged items, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  • Claims reported after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement under this policy.

International Orders

The same 30-day return window applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including during any applicable statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
