How does the Hydra Stamp work?
The Hydra Stamp combines a fixed 0.25 mm microneedling head with a built-in serum chamber. A thin, water-based serum is placed inside the chamber and dispensed through the stamp head as you press and lift the tool across the skin.
What is the needle depth?
The Hydra Stamp has a fixed 0.25 mm depth. There is no depth dial or adjustment required.
Why is HYAH Serum paired with the Hydra Stamp?
HYAH is a lightweight, water-based serum that works well with the Hydra Stamp's serum chamber. It contains 2% sodium hyaluronate for hydration and can also be used as your everyday serum between stamping sessions.
What makes HYAH different from other hyaluronic acid serums?
HYAH was intentionally formulated with a short, purposeful ingredient list. It contains 2% sodium hyaluronate with hibiscus and botanical ingredients, without synthetic preservatives, synthetic stabilizers, synthetic fragrance or filler ingredients.
Can I use HYAH Serum every day?
Yes. HYAH can be used daily as part of your regular skincare routine, including between Hydra Stamp sessions.
Do I need to apply HYAH again after stamping?
Not necessarily. HYAH is dispensed as you stamp, but you can apply additional serum afterward if your skin needs more hydration.
Can I put other serums in the Hydra Stamp?
Yes, but use only thin, water-based formulas that are suitable for your routine. Do not use oils or thick formulas in the chamber because they may not dispense properly.
Can I put facial oil in the chamber?
No. Oils are too thick for the Hydra Stamp's dispensing system. Use a thin, water-based serum such as HYAH.
How often should I use the Hydra Stamp?
For the fixed 0.25 mm Hydra Stamp, approximately once weekly to every other week is a simple schedule. Give your skin time between sessions.
Do I drag the Hydra Stamp across my skin?
No. Press the stamp straight down, lift completely and move to the next area. It is designed for stamping rather than rolling or dragging.
How do I clean the Hydra Stamp?
Empty any remaining serum after use. Clean the tool and stamp head with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry completely before storing it with the protective cap.
Why isn't serum coming out of my Hydra Stamp?
First check the consistency of the serum. Thick formulas and oils may not flow properly through the dispensing system. HYAH is lightweight and water-based, making it suitable for the Hydra Stamp chamber.
How many times can I reuse the Hydra Stamp?
Replace the Hydra Stamp after approximately 6–10 uses, or sooner if the needles appear bent, dull or damaged. Keep it for personal use only.
