What's included in the Complete Microneedling System?

Can I use HYAH Serum while microneedling?
Yes. HYAH Serum is a lightweight, water-based 2% hyaluronic acid serum that can be used during and after face microneedling.
Which cartridge should I use?
The 12-pin works well for smaller, targeted areas and can feel more intense because the pressure is concentrated across fewer needles. The 18-pin provides versatile medium coverage for face and scalp routines. The 36-pin covers larger areas and may feel gentler because the pressure is distributed across more needles.
Can I use the Microneedle Pen on my scalp?
Yes. The Microneedle Pen can be used for both face and scalp routines. For scalp use, Rosemary Hair Serum can be applied after microneedling.
Do I need numbing cream?
Most people do not need numbing cream at the Pen's at-home depths of 0.25 or 0.5 mm. Comfort varies by person, cartridge and treatment area, so start conservatively and adjust the depth and speed as needed.
Does microneedling hurt?
How microneedling feels varies by person, depth, speed and cartridge. The 12-pin cartridge can feel more intense than the 36-pin cartridge because the pressure is concentrated across fewer needles. The 36-pin generally feels gentler while covering a larger area.
Can I use the Pen on my nose, neck and around my eyes?
The Pen can be used on areas such as the face, nose and neck, with extra care on smaller or more delicate areas. Around the eyes, stay on the orbital bone area and do not use the Pen on the eyelids or too close to the eye. Use a shorter depth and light pressure on delicate areas.
Can I reuse the cartridges?
No. Each cartridge is sterile and single-use only. Use a fresh cartridge for every session and dispose of it afterward.
How often should I use the Microneedle Pen?
For at-home microneedling at 0.25–0.5 mm, once weekly to every other week is a simple starting schedule. Allow your skin time between sessions and adjust the frequency based on the depth used and how your skin responds.
