Before you start
Start with clean skin. Apply serum or face oil to give the tools enough slip to glide comfortably without pulling at the skin.
Face roller
- Use the larger roller across the cheeks, forehead, jawline and neck.
- Start near the center of the face and roll gently outward toward the hairline.
- Use the smaller roller for more targeted areas, including around the eyes.
- Use light pressure and avoid repeatedly rolling back and forth over the same area.
Gua sha
- Apply enough serum or face oil for comfortable glide.
- Hold the gua sha nearly flat against the skin.
- Glide slowly outward from the center of the face using light pressure.
- Follow the contours of the cheeks, jawline and neck.
For extra cooling
Rose quartz is naturally cool to the touch. For an extra-cooling feel, briefly refrigerate the tools before use. Avoid placing them in the freezer.
Care
Wipe both tools with a soft, damp cloth after use and dry thoroughly before storing. Do not soak them in water.
Handle with care — genuine stone can chip or break if dropped. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
